1830-1915 Forehand Mechanics
1915-2000 Backhand Mechanics

0800-0900 X-Training (speed / agility / footwork)
0900-0945 Serves
0945-1030 Court Positioning
1030-1130 Sports Psychology - Pre Game Preparation / Game Management
1130-1230 5-point games (game play video taping)
1230-1330 Lunch - Goal Setting / Post Game Analysis / Journals
1330-1430 Shot Selection
1430-1600 5-point games (game play video taping)
1600-1700 Practice / Court Drills / Individual Help
1700-1830 Stroke Mechanics (video taping) / 5-point Camp Tournament
